When you submit the form above, you will be taken to a page with your certificate. You may either click the "Print My Certificate" button, or select Print from your browser menu.
To print your certificate without the URL, title, date, or page number in the header and footer, go to your browser menu, select Print > Page Setup. From here, change your browser's settings under Margins / Headers / Footers so that the Left, Center, and Right columns are Blank or Empty.
