Tim Keilty

Tim Keilty is responsible for leading the Contech Structures commercial business in the Eastern United States. Previously, Tim worked as Vice President of Strategic Markets, Vice President of Field Marketing and Area Vice President of Contech’s Atlantic Region. Prior to Contech, Tim was a Senior Partner and Vice President for BridgeTek. Tim is a graduate of Virginia Military Institute and has over 35 years’ experience in the bridge industry and has been involved in many complex and high-profile prefabricated bridge solutions throughout the U.S.

Nate Sauer, P.E.

Nate Sauer, P.E.  is a bridge technology expert with over 20 years of experience in bridge design and construction.  He has specialized expertise in the use of post-tensioning in long-span segmental bridges, bridge repair, and durability.  He is also an expert in the design, manufacturing and installation of soil interactive structures including precast arch bridges, steel and aluminum structural plate arch bridges and large culverts.  He earned his BS in Civil Engineering from The Missouri University of Science and Technology.  He is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas.

Jennifer McIntire, P.E.

Jennifer McIntire, P.E.,  is the Contech Bridge Consultant for Alabama and the Florida Panhandle.  Prior to this position, she worked as an Engineering Project Lead in the Special Trackwork Industry. Jennifer is responsible for working with engineers, developers, owners, municipalities, and the ALDOT to provide technical services for the design and construction of engineered products used in site development. Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. She is a registered Professional Engineer in Alabama.

Jim Park, P.E.

Jim Park, P.E., is an Area Manager for Contech. Jim has an extensive background in the civil and construction industry throughout Florida and the east coast. As a Bridge Consultant, he is responsible for working with engineers, developers, owners, municipalities, and DOTs to provide solution development and support for the design and construction of Contech's engineered structure solutions. Jim is a graduate of the University of Central Florida receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.

Jason Lashley, P.E.

Jason Lashley, P.E., Vice President, Sigma Consulting, has over twenty-five years of design experience in commercial projects, subdivisions, and local municipalities. Mr. Lashley has developed an expertise in the preparation of complete roadway, drainage, and associated utility systems to meet the needs and requirements of the Florida Department of Transportation and counties surrounding the Pensacola area.

Eric Olszewski

Eric Olszewski, a Senior Designer at Burgess & Niple, Inc., brings over 19 years of expertise in transportation and civil design, complemented by his mastery of AutoCAD Civil 3D. Some of his notable contributions include pivotal projects such as the Pasco County Ridge Road Widening Project and FDOT District 5's Miscellaneous Design (Drainage) Contract. Demonstrating versatility in roadway enhancements and utility coordination, Eric's commitment to excellence shines through. Additional impactful projects, where he served as the lead designer and task manager for County and Municipal Miscellaneous Professional Services contracts, as well as his contribution to the Hillsborough County Transportation Tech Manual, further highlight his substantial contributions to the field.

Victor LoPiccolo

Victor LoPiccolo brings an impressive 28-year career at the Department of Transportation, dedicating almost three decades to Maintenance. In his current role, he supervises the assessment, generation, and acceleration of Maintenance Contracts for District 5. Victor plays a crucial role in the annual planning and maintenance of the budget dedicated to Maintenance. Holding a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Daytona State College, he also serves as an MOT Instructor for FDOT personnel, seamlessly combining his expertise in contract management with instructional responsibilities.
