Alex MacLeod P.E. - Director of Stormwater Engineering and Biofiltration Product Management 

Alex is the Director of Stormwater Engineering and Biofiltration Product Management at Contech. He has worked in the stormwater industry for over 12 years as a Product Design Engineer, Engineering Manager, and Product Manager. Alex drove a successful integration of the Filterra into Contech's product portfolio and led the development and launch of the Filterra Bioscape product. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Maryland, and has a B. S. in Biological Resources Engineering from the University of Maryland.

Vaikko Allen - National Regulatory Director

Vaikko Allen is the National Regulatory Director at Contech. Throughout his years of stormwater management experience, he has worked with regulatory and research groups charged with evaluating pollutant removal and operational performance of structural treatment systems.

Tamara Mamon- Stormwater Consultant North LA

Tamara Mamon, EIT, is the Stormwater Consultant for North Los Angeles, California. Tamara provides technical design guidance and expertise for Contech’s stormwater solutions for design engineers and regulatory agencies. She has been with Contech since July 2017 after graduating from Purdue University with a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management, specializing in Industrial Engineering, and an undergraduate degree Agricultural and Biological Engineering with a minor in Environmental and Ecological Engineering.
