KEY SPEAKER BIOS

	Scott Aston, P.E., Senior Vice President of Structures Is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Contech’s Structures team, Scott brings extensive experience in the marketing, engineering and manufacturing of prefabricated bridge structures.  Scott holds numerous domestic and international patents related to the design and construction of buried bridges including the O-Series and EXPRESS Foundation technologies. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Ohio University, an MBA from Indiana University and is a graduate of the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS).
	Tim Keilty is the Area Bridge Director for Contech’s Southeast Region.  Prior to this position, he has worked as Vice President of Strategic Markets, Vice President of Field Marketing and Area Vice President of Contech’s Atlantic Region.  Prior to Contech, Tim was a Senior Partner and Vice President for BridgeTek.  Tim is a graduate of Virginia Military Institute and has over 30 years’ experience in the bridge industry and has been involved in many complex and high profile prefabricated bridge solutions throughout the United States.
	Dave Rogers, P.E., is the Director of Truss & Girder Process Engineering at Contech Engineered Solutions.  He has over 35 years of engineering, project management, sales and marketing experience.  Dave  is registered as a professional engineer in over 20 states. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from North Dakota State University.
