Scott McGolpin - NACE President
Scott McGolpin is President of the National Association of County Engineers (NACE) and the Santa Barbara County Public Works Director. Over the past 32 years, he has held several engineering project management positions within the Santa Barbara County Public Works Department providing management oversight of engineering and construction administration. Scott is a Former Staff Sergeant in the United Stated Marine Corps and has a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University and a Master's degree in Organizational Management from Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara.

Scott Aston, P.E. - Senior VP of Structures
Is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Contech’s Structures team, Scott brings extensive experience in the marketing, engineering and manufacturing of prefabricated bridge structures. Scott holds numerous domestic and international patents related to the design and construction of buried bridges including the O-Series and EXPRESS Foundation technologies. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Ohio University, an MBA from Indiana University and is a graduate of the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS).
